It was exciting to learn that my name was in the Acknowledgements, thanking me for getting him into tapping with EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). I was happy that I could help out a friend who is making a difference in the World, by sharing everything I knew about EFT.
I put together this photo book of my California trip using Shutterfly. The pictures are incredible – from the Pacific Ocean to the Mountains. It was a wonderful trip – attending the Joel Bauer Conference and then visiting my son, Schaler, Erica and my Fur Grandbaby (as my son calls him) – Brasky. Hope you enjoy it.

I attended the RealTalkers’ Toastmasters meeting and BrightHouse Networks’ Jen Holloway was the guest speaker. She shared tips on talking with the media. She has such a passion for media.
Here are some tips she shared with us: give short and succinct answers to questions, make your sound bites count, once you sit down everything is being recorded, don’t wear black or white, don’t wear clothing with a busy pattern, wear bright and contrasting solid colors, and they will usually film B-Roll for filler.
It was great to attend the Kickoff Campaign for the Tampa Mayoral Race, where former Mayor Dick Greco announced his candidacy. Chris Krimitsos has put together a top notch Social Media Team to assist former Mayor Dick Greco in his bid for Mayor. Exciting to see the energy behind this great man!
I had the pleasure of attending “The State of Special Operations Forces” presented by Admiral Eric T. Olson, 8th & current Commander, U.S. Special Operations Command at the Centre Club in Tampa, Florida.
One of the questions that was asked centered around how they were dealing with Social Media and Cyber Attacks. He indicated that Cyber Attacks are a problem that they are not as equipped to handle.
I gave Admiral Olson an autographed copy of my book, Stepping Stones to Success (which was co-authored with Deepak Chopra, Jack Canfield and Dr. Denis Waitley) and I had the opportunity to have my picture taken with him.

They recommend that if you get a postcard greeting from a legitimate company, you can always go directly to their site and pick up your card without clicking on the link in the email. If there is a card waiting for you, it’s real – but if not, then it’s a dangerous email – delete it.

If you receive a mail called’ POSTCARD,’ even though sent to you by a friend, do not open it! Shut down your computer immediately. This is the worst virus announced by CNN.
It has been classified by Microsoft as the most destructive virus ever. This virus was discovered by McAfee yesterday, and there is no repair yet for this kind of virus.. This virus simply destroys the Zero Sector of the Hard Disc, where the vital information is kept.
